Denis Borisov is the Head of Research at Cipher Technologies Management LP.

Denis brings in over 12 years of experience in international strategy advisory, M&A support, and direct investments, with core industry knowledge in Fintech, Sustainability, Smart City.

Formerly co-Head of the Energy & Utilities team at Roland Berger CIS, and Head of strategy at Polyus Gold.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
